Is it advisable to purchase a Rolex from Jomashop?

Hi guys.

Im a new member here. I just have 2 questions.
1) Is it advisable to purchase a Rolex from Jomashop.com?

Welcome to TRF!

Re: Jomashop, you can find some reviews if you do a search here. I would prefer to buy used or new watches from sellers here.

Omegas go for sale here...may be more at other forums more geared to Omega.

Re: Rolex - you can look in our classified section here. Some great sellers.

Jomashop is a legitimate business, although not an Authorised Rolex or Omega Dealer..

If their prices meet your budget, then you should not have any issues with them...

1) No personal experience of buying from this site..(JOMASHOP). Maybe members here have so they can inform you appropriately. I have not heard anything negative.

2) I do have plenty of experience buying from trusted sellers here on TRF. Send me a PM if you want more info - but I can say that everythig from price to delivery has been superb

Good luck in your hunt - and you've found the right place

Welcome to TRF Brad!
You could do some research right here and purchase at a good price a watch from one of our reputable sellers.
Look through the "Who's Who" section and you'll find quite a few steller examples of top sellers.
Good luck on your hunt for either a Rolex or Omega!

Welcome to the group. I, too, would suggest you consider buying from this site. It's important, however, that you spend time here and read reviews/comments that buyers make regarding specific sellers. You'll soon learn the names of the ones that stand out. Don't assume that if a seller is posting on TRF that they are automatically legit. As I've read here many times as a new member - 'buy the seller first.'

Good luck. And, again, welcome to the group.

Wouldn't touch them. Do a search in the Marketplace sub forums for feedback. I bought what was advertised as a new men's JLC but it turned out to be a used ladies refurb with fake band. Took me about 6 months of BBB filings to get my money back. You will get better from trusted sellers on here or at your AD. You might need to negotiate a bit but it is worth it.

Google "Jamashop complaints" and you will have your answer.
