Need Help On Next Rolex...
Well just like it says I'm stuck trying to figure out which watch is next. I only have one Rolex, Milgauss (wht). I love the polished, clean look w/ a little edge from the second hand. I'm a younger guy and I'm not looking for an office desk watch or dress watch. I also have a smaller wrist but love the 40mm size and I'm not scared of a 42mm. I want something different, not two tone or all gold, I'm good with polished/brushed SS, but not all brushed SS. What kind of ideas do you guys have for me $8k or lower? Lightly used isn't out of the question either. Thanks for the help and pictures would be great!

I agree, a Yachtmaster fits your criteria (and budget) with some left to spare...

GMT2C brushed and polished bracelet, nice sporty look, black ceramic bezel and black maxi dial. A great watch!

Both GMT2C and YM SS/Plat are excellent suggestions looking at your criteria.

the DateJust Turn O Graph, is smaller 36mm but also seems to fit your needs, with plenty of change to spare on your $8,000 budget...

For $8k, you can get a bit more "vintage" and get a Sub no-date and a GMT. If you don't want both, add a GMT with the jubilee or PCL's. It will make a significant change of pace to the white dial, very conservative Milgauss.

Since you have a white dial Milgauss I would look towards a black dial with a leaning towards an SD/Sub or daytona. The Milgauss (IMO) is an unusual piece to pop your cherry with - what drew you towards it? You may not like the cyclops on a date sub, you may like the dial detail on the daytona, try them! I suspect one will sing more to you than others, although they also may in time command your attention. I was never interested in the Daytona until I seen it in the flesh, the owner kindly placed it on my wrist. I glanced down and the desire was instant.

My first choices from your description would be Pt/SS YM or white Explorer II, but since you already have a watch with a white dial, how about the original LV?
