Icon20 oyster perpetual no date fake or real

i just wanted to know if this oyster perpetual is original.
it has the micro etching @ 6-oclock and it had the hologram which looked real.
i just got this watch from my uncle.

Two red flags:

- the crown and the bezel don't match.

- why does a dress watch have a flip-lock clasp?
