I was thinking to give my 2 month logo to have a 104!I would like to have your opinions about it!!

The logo is pretty sweet but if you are looking for an automatic with date, I would do trade for a 312.
Just my two cents...

Not a fan of the cyclops on a Panerai. 312 gets my vote!!!

That's would I would go with too.
Cyclops is Rolex IMO

I think a 1950 case would be a "better" & "worthy" upgrade too

Constant flipping can become pretty expensive and its always easy to find something you don't already have. As long as you aren't losing to much and it's what you really want...................

I agree with Mik. 312 is nice, but you can save for it and get one LNIB for a decent deal when you are ready and they seem to be more readily available than the 0.

I would NOT do that trade. Keep the zero and enjoy winding her every few days. Heck, auto's still need to be wound, at least with a manual wind you know your power reserve is full.

As much as I love the "zero", you gotta make that trade if it's straight up"......there's a huge difference in price and you can always get another "zero".....they are a dime a dozen.

That in itself isn't that big of a thing really. I have 2 manual wind watches with my Speedy and Pam 000. Both are pretty easy to wind, in fact that is part of the fun.

I owned a 104 for about 5 hours and took it back. The cyclops didn't do it for me on a PAM. Love it on a Rolex though. My opinion is not unlike those above that recommend the 312. Get what you like. The 000 is a nice watch.

Nope I wouldnt do it, I like the 000 the best in luminor case.

I would keep the 000. The 000 is a beautiful watch. I always have to set the time and date on my automatic watches. Winding the watch just takes a few more twists. I know it is not as convenient as an automatic, but it is not that bad. The PAM 111 is the only manual winding watch that I have and the only other PAM that I could see myself trading it in for would be the 312. The 312 has everything I like about the 111 except it also has the date w/o cyclops and is automatic. I thought about getting a 104 before purely because it was automatic and I was used to having all automatic watches. I was drawn to Panerai originally because of the sandwich dial and the exhibition case back. With the 104 I would lose the sandwich dial, and exhibition case back in favor of the date and automatic functionality. I chose to stick with what originally attracted me to the brand and went with the 111. Good luck with your decision.

Thank you everybody I think I will keep zero!! In the future I will maybe look for a 312!!

I'd go for the 312, or any of the models in the 1950s case before the 104.
