Peter, well known for being an anti-Semite, walks into a bar and is about to order a drink when he sees a guy close by with kippa, tzitzis, and payos. He didn’t have to be an Einstein to figure the guy is Jewish. He shouts over to the bartender, "Drinks for everyone, except for the Jew.
Soon after the drinks have been handed out, he notices that the Jewish guy is smiling, waves to him and says, "Thank you!." Infuriated he again orders drinks for everyone except the Jew. But as before, the Jewish guy continues to smile, and again says, "Thank you!." Peter goes over to the bartender and says, "What's the matter with the Jew? I've ordered two rounds of drinks for everyone in the bar except him, and all he does is smile and thank me. Is he nuts? "Nope," replies the bartender. "He owns the place."

Reminds me of the story: Same little old Jewish man is sitting in a bar in Texas and sipping a sing malt scotch. Two obvious Texas Cowboys sit down next to him and decide to give him a little teasing. First Cowboy nudges the other and causes the little man to spill a bit of his drink:

"Say Jimmy-Joe, how big is that spread you have?"
Jimmy-Joe answers "My Big Double J is about 5,000 acres".

Jimmy Joe then says, while nudging the little old man "And how big is your T-bone ranch, Tim?"
"Oh, about 6,000 acres." he answers.
They both turn to the little old Man and ask him if he owns any land.

"Oh,, I got a little, maybe 2-3 blocks".

"That ain't much, what do you call that tiny little spread"?

"Downtown Dallas" he responds.
