I have owned an Ollech & Wajs Ranger for several years now. It has a basic ETA movement and was for a time my most accurate watch, despite the fact it was my least expensive. I still wear it regularly and can report that it still works fine, except that I will need to send it in for service sometime next year, as that will be it's 5 year anniversary.
The bracelet rattles a bit because it has hollow endlinks. The lume is fine, roughly comparable with the average lume of most brands. I have regularly swam in a pool with it without incidence. For the money, it's a solid watch. Is it the same quality as an Omega or Rolex? No. But the quality will surprise you for the amount of money you paid (I paid $250.00, 4 years ago. The dollar has decreased in value a lot since then, so now, prices are higher just as they are for all Swiss watches, if you live in the US) |
