On poor quality service from Rolex :(

I've heard many horror stories recently from those who have had service done through the RSC. I'm almost afraid to send mine out for service when it comes time. I have a friend who works for a reputable auto center, who says, when things are too much to handle, pass some work to an independent to off-set some of the load. I hope this doesn't work in all cases. Traeger was once a great smoker, until the company began making and repairing their units in China. Hmm
