Oh yeah! I rescue Dachsunds, Miniature Pinschers and similar mixes. Right now I have 4 dachsies, 3 min pins, 1 Yorkie Shiz zhu, I Dachsie pin and 1 Chi weenie.

Tonight they tried to throw themselves in the hole and attack the sump pump!!! I don't know why I wanted a pool now!!!

Daschunds are great! Bit barky, but are fab dogs

Your dogs are lucky to have you!

They will think its a giant bath for them!

That is alot of dogs you have there Kaya! I imagine the smaller hole is for a spa and the larger one around it is the pool?

Thanks everyone. Yes, the smaller hole is for the spa. The dogs already have life jackets, but I will be enclosing the whole thing with a screen enclosure, so the dogs don't drown themselves....hehehehe

Look into a Jandi salt system. It is a de-chlorinator that is much less maintenance than a traditional chlorine pool. It actually separates the sodium from the chloride. It will have a hint of salt to the tongue but not on the eyes. It is truly AWESOME!

When I looked at the first picture I thought you were building some sort of obstacle course for your dogs. Like at Crufts where they have to go in and out the posts.
