I have been looking for these two watches forever now and I couldn't find a dealer...anyone know where I can get them or what their model numbers are?

i have the armani one but on a leather strap...
on the back of the watch it says "AR-5825" hope this helps

and if a watch comes with a warranty card such as the ones above it is authentic right? or does it have to come with a a certificate of authenticity?

Most of those you can buy at the major department stores in the watch section (e.g. dillards).
