Where are you from? You sure know the dutch cuisine.
Every time I left for Argentina had to bring a suitcase full of these things for a dutch friend, especially peanut sauce.
I am from the US, but my parents were from Rotterdam, The Netherlands, before they moved to the US after WWII.

My favorite cookie by far is the stroopwafel!

No finer confection has ever been created!

And for every stroop wafel you eat, you get one visit to the dentist for free
Liquorice is my favorite, cannot stop eating those salty soft ones only bad thing is, it apparently diminishes your libido (not that I've noticed though )
Boerenkool en worst is of course timeless.

You're right about liquorice, I just don't understand how this isn't so popular in other countries. It's delicious...

'Boerenkool met worst' is a classic of course, add some 'spekjes' to the 'boerenkool' and it even gets better

It's not Dutch, but I always stop for rijsttafel whenever I'm in Amsterdam.

It was Ray Charles' favorite.

It typically sends Americans screaming!
