hi,

if you're talking OEM PAM straps, panerai.com has a few listed, but, the list is incomplete.

Semimat means it has a slightly polished finish.

Well, straps are difficult to say in one place.

If you mean OEM Straps (straps made by Panerai) then yeah, check the official website.

There are MANY MANY MANY after market makers of straps.
Here is the most complete list I know of.
http://www.paneraisource.com/aftermarket_straps.shtml

My favorites are:
Atelier du Bracelet Parisien (better than OEM to me)
Vintager Straps (aka Micah)
The Strap Smith (aka Rob Montana)
Keith Codman (not on the list)
and of course I love OEM straps.

Here is a picture of that black semimat gator you were talking about.

Also got it for a Rad.

More oem's (except middle one which is ABP)

Then, there are vintage ammos! So many makers there, don't even get me started.

The brillant is SHINY. I woudn't go for it. The semimat is where it is at.

Discounts don't exist on OEM straps. Best you could do is check out p.com (link below) from time to time and try to get one second hand. AD's and Boutique's will often give a buyer an extra strap or two when they buy a watch, but they typically don't give a discount on straps for just buying them outright. These aren't cheap either. I think the gators are $350 now. Yikes.

check here from time to time and try to find a NIP (new in package) one.
