Customized Rolex

A few days ago I saw what I believe to be one of the most beautiful watches I have ever seen. It was a sub with a black dial and a blue bezel. It is simply stunning.

Since then, it has been hard to get out of my mind and I had a thought which created a few questions:

Thought - I would like to buy the new sub C in black and combine it with the ceramic bezel from the blue white gold version.

Questions - Are there authorized dealers out there that can sanction such a sale and still provide me with full warranty?

Are there people out there that can perform this type of operation and provide the same quality as factory piece?

Would it greatly devalue the watch?

Your thoughts would be appreciated.

No AD will do it and it will void any warranty.

You have to source a WG Blue Bezel Insert and a Ceramic Sub
Figure around $1,000-$1500 for the insert
Most likely it will come from Sweden or Denmark
Then ABC Watch Works in Los Angeles (Dalton and Beau) will do the work.
They will tell you ALL risk falls on you if the insert breaks.
The results are fantastic to me at least and was worth every penny.
I don't think it devalues the watch as I get asked to sell it weekly!
LOL I just saw where you asked if I want to sell it!!
Xelor63 was the first to do this and I was the second

Was the one YOU saw real?

I posted this about a month ago...I saw a guy at my son's baseball game with one on and I said something...He said he had it for 4 or 5 years...FAKE FAKE FAKE. I should have known...

I think your watch is absolutely stunning. I actually recently purchased the green sub c and am now trying to figure out if the blue will look good with green. I am thinking that it will, but then again I am also having trouble trying to justify the additional cost when I really do love the green on green.

Part of my says I should let this go and just by the new exp ii. This is a tough addiction.

My gf thinks I am insane. I think she is correct.

Thanks! I already did the easy part for you....finding the watch place that was willing to do the work..it took me MONTHS and MONTHS till someone would agree to do the mod. I have a WG Blue Sub Dial bnib for sale if you want to change the dial to Blue!
The green does not cure the addicton! LOL
