Yes the dial is switched since it's a platinum DD dial only but other then that what seems to be the problem?

I guess what got me concerned is the fact that there is no mention of the dial being switched.
Personally, what makes me question the authenticity of an item is inconsistency. If the dial is inconsistent with the watch, then that's the first trigger that it may be fake. |

It's the most common and desirable dial if you can get your hands on one.
Inconsistency you say, it is clearly described as having it. |
