If you read the listing, it has aftermarket Italian links with a genuine Rolex buckle and endlink.
So essentially, it is aftermarket. There is no such thing as a genuine aftermarket Italian band. It's either a Rolex made band (Genuine), or it's an aftermarket. Personally, I'd stay away from this!!
