Today I have a very special piece for your consideration. This pocket watch is solid gold, from the early 1900's and keeps excellent time. The watch is wound and set by the included key and the movement is impressively accurate for a hundred year old piece. The case is beautifully decorated on the front and back and is in great condition. The biggest mark on the case is a ding on the back. The dial and crystal are also in excellent condition. The back where you wind it is engraved with "Patent Full Jewelled A. Laffite Geneva". The previous owner told me that the watch tested at approximately 10 karat solid gold. Ok, something bad happened to me with this one. I was cleaning the back of the crystal and I rubbed it to hard and it was cracked and ruined. The watch is still keeping great time and works great, just without the crystal. I will still offer this for sale, but I am dropping the price down to $125. Met me know if you are interested.
