Bracelet ??
I had my Master II serviced last year and asked in I could purchase a new bracelet so I could preserve my original and they told me that I could buy a new one but it was exchange only!Is that true everywhere or just here in the US?Clark.

Tell then to sod off. I'll tell you what I did (and some of you may think its horrible). I bought one of those crappy eBay fakes and put it on and they of course said it was not genuine, but I could put a genuine bracelet on it if I wanted to pay for it ;-)

Bracelet replacement at RSC Canada is done on an exchange basis.

Wait until next servicing. Send in head only. They will recommend you purchase a bracelet. You get to keep your original.

This is the way to do it. You get a new one and you can keep the old one. However if you have no interest in keeping the old one for some reason, then I believe they will give you a discount on the new one with your trade in.
