I would have needed to set up a photo studio to have been able to demonstrate the marks on the dial and hands.
Are there any AD or RSC that would allow me to retain the dial if they replaced it.
If i could retain the dial, I would have it replaced. But RSC was adamant dials are replaced on an exchange only basis.
If anybody on here from AUS knows any of the AD in Sydney and think they would do this I would be ecstatic to know.
I'm not really the pickiest of people. But i like nice things and try to maintain them in the best condition possible and keep them in that state for as long as possible.
Oh it was a drop onto tiles. The tiled floor has been around for 20 odd years so maybe they are quite hard tiles. The place where it fell the tile was slightly raised and it hit the corner that was raised.

WOW...although its not how that happened...I'm checking my screws and spring bars today!!!!

GOOD LUCK WITH REPAIR!
