We took orders all the way through Christmas day. We were off on Christmas Day. We've receive very few inquiries and calls that day which were responded in the following week. We do not engage in bad business practices and allow our employees to take time off during Christmas day and holidays to be with their families.

I can see a how a freeze would criple their cash flow(if funds were indeed frozen) but this does not explain to me why they were suspended from ebay ?
Legally they would have issues if they shut down a business doing large transactions without a solid reason. They wanted to apply unrealistic limitations on our account to lower their risk. As a business we only work on $10k-$20K in cashflow per day to be able to continue and to cut this off for 6 weeks we're basically not able to continue. They allowed to us to start our eBay account but held 100% of our funds. In order to save the business and get partial refunds we had to close our relationship with both eBay and PayPal, recall recent orders and issue refunds. In short it wasn't a seamless transition as they refused to release our funds resulting in eBay suspending our account as well.

Paypal only puts limits on people accounts when they have a reputation for monkey business online. They dont limit accounts of reputable sellers. Full of sh*t

All sounds like BS to me.Unless T&G can explain away the Ebay problem and the apparent lack of working capital I don`t see how anyone would want to do business with them.

I`ll bet Bernie Madoff was a good story teller too.

I'm sorry, but we cannot disclose our financials in an open forum. Any company with more than 20 employees would shut down if their cashflow stops for 6 weeks. PayPal would not disclose how long they wanted to hold our funds and extend the review. It was necessary for us to end the relationship and release our funds. Up to the day this happened we maintained a 99%+ feedback rating with hundreds of happy customers.

We won't be answering any more questions regarding this matter. If you would like to purchase one our watches please visit our website and contact us directly.

Thank you.

More than 20 employees - yet operates on $10k to $20k cash flow per day (see post #30)? Sounds like BS to me.

How dare you accuse them of BS?! Have you ever considered that these are his employees?

I'm just happy that all the TimeandGems ads, that kept appearing whenever I went to Veetle to watch a movie, have finally stopped!! I guess I shouldn't have gone to their website (at least I'm back to BMW, GM, etc. ads now). But then I did make a point on clicking on them, just to cost them a few cents; which probably prolonged my agony.
