Advice before buying a vintage Day Date

Hello !

I am currently looking to buy a vintage Day Date.

I was offered this nice Day Date but I need some help before pulling the trigger

Model is a 18049 with a 6.3 million serial from 1979 and a matching president bracelet 8385. Watch is in very good condition, sapphire has a little scratch.

Here are my questions :

1) At my knowledge, Day Date model 18049 comes always with a diamond dial so I assume that dial has been changed; should this be a concern ?

2) What is your estimate for this watch (no box, no paper) ?

Thanks for your time and help !
