Hi, hope you can help me. Is this worth a second look. Not far from where I live. Just concerned about refinished dial. Many thanks

The refinish the seller refers to is probably a polish job on the case not the dial.A refinished dial on such a new watch is unheard of,if anything a newer watch would get it`s dial replaced with a service replacement.

The watch looks good.
