The 116619 is also quite tempting...
I wish the GMT IIC had the clasp adjustment like the new Sub C! I think if I go Rolex it will be the 116718 Still something about the 118206 glarp I almost think the 118206 would be more low key

Bracelet is not an option for the 5726 yet, only leather and rubber strap. I won't be surprised if they release a bracelet version of it in the future though. Every other Nautilus model has that option such as 5711, 5712 and 5980. |

I wanted a DDII for a while then I actually saw and tried them on. The bezel just does not look right to me, it is just my personal opinion but it just does not look proportionate. I had a DJ II previously. If I was to get a DD II I think it would be the YG with White Dial and Romans that one just seems to look the best to me. Part of me is trying to figure out a way to get a used DD YG white & romans as well as a used YG GMT IIC hahaha... I think I am loosing my mind BUT it would likely be cheaper than a Plat DD used.

Which bezel you don't like, fluted or domed? Out of their lineup my favorite is the WG, fluted bezel, silver dial with diamond markers, that's coming from a guy who isn't into diamonds. I see that your watch ADD is into high gear, good luck with whichever watch you go forward with. Be sure to post pics when you get it/them |

M. I really don't love either of the bezels on the DDII.
I tend to like the fluted a bit more on the YG. Not a diamond guy except for one DD I saw a couple years ago for sale on here I wish I'd had the funds for then. I like IWC, Rolex & PP mainly. I have great respect for A Lange, Breguet, JLC, VC & AP

IWC has few viable Rose Gold options if you are set for Y or R Gold. You could also look into a RM 10 RG. Then again you could opt for a 5712R. I wonder if they have a smiliar rubber strap like the one for 5726?
I just think the premium paying for Gold watches is not worth it. Then again people say paying $30K+ for SS watches is just crazy... |

I have an IWC RG Port Chrono.
The only other IWC I crave is a SS White & Blue Port 7 day but that wont satisfy this itch at all!! The RM 10 is beautiful but even in Ti it is more than Id want to spend! If I was spending that it would be a little more and get a PP 5960P!! Besides, with smaller wrists like mine the RM looks silly! I like the Nautilus line but the only one I really like and would want is the Chrono but I just know its too much of a ding magnet for me and if I am getting a PP I want something significant....

Breguet, Marine Big Date. Looks great on rubber, leather and steel.

I was at the AD yesterday and they had the PP 5980. I tried it on and it was beautiful, but what held me back was the miniature font on the chrono function. I have decent eyesight and there is no way that chrono would be usable for me. Too much crammed into very little real estate.
They had that gray VC overseas on the strap pictured above. Looked like the winner to me. |

I think I have mostly narrowed it down to:
1) YG GMT IIC Black Dial 2) YG DDII White Dial and Romans 3) Plat 36 mm DD Glacier Blue. The VC is still in the back of my mind as a great option and I have seen it on the SS Bracelet and it looks good but you can never go wrong with a Rolex! I am going to be 39 in March and for some reason feel I need my first grown up (precious metal) watch
