Autumn in Ottawa
Gotta love the fall, leaves turning colour... nice 'jacket' weather...
I checked the thermometer this morning and the temp was -10C and the wind was howling, so I don't know what the wind chill was... probably -15C or so. Also, in the next 24 hours we're supposed to get a maximum of 25cm of snow. Yep, got to love the autumn. In Toronto we never got a significant (i.e. it stayed on the ground) until Christmas or so. I may have to fire up the old snowblower tomorrow (and I'm actually excited to use it!). |

We have some snow on the ground this morning, but the roads are clear at least. We are apparently in for quite an evening, with a big band of snow squalls coming off Lake Huron and reaching down to my area. Of course, this is one of the rare week nights when I'm supposed to actually go out....
Good thing we put the snow tires on last week! |
