Love the fact Tudor completes the package including strap/ bracelet options on these new models, following the lead of the Heritage chronograph.

They both look very beautiful. I was first looking at the black Pelagos, but the heritage is as really, really nice watch as well. Decisions to be made... without consulting my wife....

What's the thought on the Black Bay, bracelet or strap? Tough call.

If I buy it, it would be with the bracelet, always good to have. You could put any old strap on it.

According to the Tudor website the crystal on the Black Bay is a 'domed sapphire'. That's pretty cool.

I like the phantom effect on the Pelagos hands, that has been done very well IMHO

Thanks Engi

They are both great, although the Pelagos is slightly more appealing to me.

As for the BB, I can see that many owners would want all three options - bracelet, leather and fabric. Hmmm... a BB with leather and fabric, a Pelagos with bracelet... that should cover it

I am burning incense, lighting candles & praying to the watch gods that Rolex brings Tudor back to the US marketplace........I was thinking of a human sacrifice....but I am told it is illegal in California to sacrifice one's ex-wife to the watch gods......rats.

I wish that Rolex had used a lumed bezel insert for the Sub C. The Pelagos shows it can be done with a ceramic insert.
