The pics really are too bad to tell much, but it looks to me that even the box is fake.

Hard to tell from the pic. But, I agree the hour markers appear too big and the hands appear too fat.

The box and accessories look genuine. The watch appears genuine from the photos which are not very good. It would be tough to call this counterfeit based on the ebay photos.
