I think it depends on where you are. I wouldn't say readily, but maybe more frequent.
I really don't know what an investment watch is.

I paid MSRP a for mine a few months back. They seem to be hard to come by in this area. I noticed the other day that Alan Furman is selling the LV for more than $6,100, which I think is a definite increase in price for them. I'm not sure why.

10% off on a Green Sub is pretty unheard of. If you like it, get it.

damn 10% off of list is like the price of a preowned one. Thats great, but if you don't like the watch it doesnt matter. Honestly I didnt like it when I first saw it. But now I want one for sure in the near future.

Robb I never get tired of seeing that great LV pic.

I wouldn't pick it up if you're not that keen on it.

10% off is a great price for somebody who really wants that watch...doesn't everybody love a bargain?

As for investment...in the UK they are just north of three grand...preloved, they are about £3250. Not that much of an investment!!!!!!!!!!

Ten % on the LV is pretty cool!

It seems that more LV's are hitting the market, but then again it can just be a question of market fluctuations. There also seems to be a "high" on the SS Daytona at the moment, but in a couple of months, both the LV and the SS Daytona can be difficult to get hold of again.

Like the rest of the guys have said, get it if you like it, but as an investment, thereare better ways to spend that money.

I would say buy it in a flash - don't hesitate at all! It's a great watch, and I do think it will be a good investment over time!

Green Subs are still pretty hard to find. I've only seen two and I've visited a ton of ADs over the past year or two. Some ADs are keeping them in the safe until they find just the right customer.

I tried it on, the green sub seemed lighter in weight than my sub date (89 vintage) Any weight difference?

No weight difference at all. I like mine, and it has even grown on my as I was a tad on the line at purchase time. Got mine for MRSP and one should never pay more than MRSP for ANY Roller in my view. But, SUB LV is a very nice and crisp watch. Just a fatty sub. If you like it get it and it will be fun for you. Get it for fun. Takes a certain type to wear it and not give a rip.

Like the majority of my Rolex choices, I do not feel bad about buying my LV Sub. I am wearing it right now matter of fact.
