Is there a way I can get a complete history on this watch? I kinda curious about its life before my family now that I know its that old.
the Day Date was not introduced until 1956, and only in gold then.. If the numbers are correct, then somewhere between 1972 and 1975.. Probably more towards the later date for Platinum. If it is earlier then there is probably a stamp inside the case-back with the manufacture date... they stopped that practice in ~1973
