Good Flight

So, recently doing lots of travel for work... I catch a glimpse of my neighbors TAG watch. Looks like GMT style on a leather strap- quite nice. I keep comments to myself as look back and admire my new Milgauss *smile*

As we begin preparation for landing, typical pilot updates. "prepare the cabin for arrival...." here is where it made my day- "please pass all remaining service items and any Rolex watches to the flight attendant...."

I thought to myself did I actually hear that???? Leaned over and asked - did he actually say pass your Rolex watches.... Yes he did... I sat back and smiled again to myself thought - the pilot was speaking to me; wondering how does Mr. TAG feel now? Wish I had a Rolex I guess ~

Thanks to pilots with personality and great taste in watches!!

That's classic.

One of the flights I was on, the captain came on and introduced himself as Capt. George Jetson and Co-Pilot Astro!!

The whole plane was laughing. Then, about mid-flight, he comes on and says that Dallas was his last stop for a few days. The tower was asking the plane to slow down to let congestion clear at the taxi way in Dallas. He asked the passengers if anyone would mind speeding up to arrive 30 minutes ahead of schedule because of two reasons, he had a hot date and he didn't like being told to slow down!!

Again, the whole plane erupted in laughter!

I'm sure Mr. Tag wasn't particularly concerned with your Rolex...or his lack thereof.

Very funny stories guys! I'm not a traveler but boy would I buy much more tickets if it was always like that!
