Clash of the Titans Poll
At first sight, they are similar watches. Yet they each have enthusiastic fans devoted to one or the other. So what say you: considering any references, current or vintage, and any metal, what is your favorite -- a Submariner or a GMT?

I have to go with the sub, it's my first Rolex. But......a GMT is next on my list.

I'm going to guess 2:1 in the Sub's favor but my vote is GMT.

Having both I'd pick the SubC over the GMTIIC.

Everyone here always say Sub. The GMT is a much cooler watch.
The Sub isn't even the best dive watch offered by Rolex. That would be the SD or Deep Sea IMHO. |

GMT. I first learned about Rolex when my father bought a GMT Master about 30 years ago. It has a special meaning to me.

I've got the Sub and just got the bug for a GMT. Right now I'd probably vote for the GMT, but that's just because that's what I'm focused on while I'm wearing my Sub.
