Dont worry about a few normal scratches from everyday wearing thats a fact of wearing any watch.Just keep watch clean with just plain soap and water and as for cloth any cotton lint free cloth will do.Any surface scratches will be dealt with as part of normal routine service when watch will be return looking as good as new.
