eBay Listing Question
First post! Just thinking about getting a vintage Rolex with my bonus as I've always wanted a nicer, older watch. Thanks for everybody's help in advance! Seem's like the community here is top notch with people looking out for each other. That being said...
I know there have been a few threads regarding the authenticity of the seller hyshim on eBay, so I wanted to check on people's opinions of the following: http://www.ebay.com/itm/130751516331...=p5197.c0.m619 As i really have no idea what to look for and the last thing I want to do is buy or bid on a fake! :) Thanks. |

its not fake all looks ok, i cant verify the bcuckle as you need to see the marking on the inside, the leather part of the band is aftermarket but he states this, looks well maintained, the watch is good imho.

I would shop closer to home just in case there are issues.
The watch head seems okay to me, too. The OP Date would be a better choice on a bracelet IMHO.

How do you plan on getting the watch into the US. It's illegal to import a Rolex.

Well that's why I'm here, I didn't know that at all :)
I appreciate the help though! Does anybody know of a similar style of watch closer to home, anything on the boards? I really like the vintage ones, besides being more in my budget, I think they just look classic. Thanks again. |
