Steve (aka East Bay Steve) is one of the best!
I did two deals with Steve last month. A trade and an outright sale. I couldn't have been happier with both. He's without a doubt one for the nicest guys I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I wish all deals could be as easy as they are when dealing with Steve.
