Manual Wind Rolex Oyster

Hi All,

Am looking at vintage models, likely the oyster date models.
Am intrigued by the manual wind models, is there any resource on the web which state which model years are manually wound?
I'm guessing all went automatic around the 1980's - but would value your thoughts?

It may help to narrow my search.
Thanks for any insight.

Cheers.

6694 and 6426 were the last manual winding watches made by rolex. both of them are beautifuls watches and you can find them at a very reasonable price.
