Yesterday I tried on a GMTIIc and a Subc, the GMT seemed to weigh less, can anyone verify this?

GMTIIC has a great look and is rated at 100M water resistance. It has a modern ceramic bezel, and I believe it is slightly thinner than the sub. I'd go for that one, and brush the center links.

it should be thinner as the caseback is flatter. The sub requires the caseback come out a bit for added water resistance. Somebody who knows better can correct me if I'm wrong. I own neither.

The GMT wins for me. I never bonded with the LV I had.

GMT is such a solid watch, but the LV just has that "special" feel that you can't exactly describe but you know it when you have it on your wrist. Good luck

The weights are very close. I just looked up a previous thread that had the GMTIIC at 152 grams and SubC at 158 (I just weighed my sub) with same amount of links. Yes the SubCs caseback is a little thicker and the glide lock weighs more than GMTIICs clasp but due to the GMTs extra complication it's movement weighs more. I couldn't tell much of a difference hen holding both at the same time.
