There are a few subtle things putting me off this. The bracelet does not seem to sit flush with case in pic 1.
The coronet on clasp looks iffy The laser etching is something I am not sure on but it if CC say so he is often rIght. But the caseback looks good and the rehaut engraving does not stand out as being awful from these pics. I am not sure , and would err on side of caution better pics would help

Just google the seriel number V742136. You will get a lot of hits for fake Milgauss. Stay away!
