It was 80 degrees F two days ago. Tonight, there is a Winter Storm Warning for the area with the possibility of 12 inches of snow by tomorrow night. In the meantime, the air is blue due to smoke from wildfires in the northwest part of the state.

^ we've been in a holding pattern of rain for about a week in the 60's. No snow here for a while. That pic your friend took is great.

Last year on Columbus Day weekend I was swimming in the ocean and it was around 85. Not gonna happen this year.
