Looks fake to me and I don`t even own a Panerai.I could list all the details that I base my opinion on but I haven`t got the patience right at the moment.

If you know it`s a fake why are you posting it here,what`s your game,maybe you need to read the forum rules?

i know it's fake. I'd like to know so that i will not buy a fake watch by mistake in the future.

This watch listing looks and sounds like its being sold on a Replica forum. To keep from buying a fake I would first not shop there.

I can relate to why you want to know if your reason is genuine however you have to understand why people do not want to share everything. I for one think the China makers are aware of the exact flaws but its the buyers who try to "MODIFY or FRANKENWATCH" the item to pass as real that the info usually falls in the lap of.

This watch is not a good fake compared to the genuine watch. Maybe a good fake compared to other worse fakes. The watch has at least a entire page full of mistakes from the AR all the way to the screws in the movement and all in the middle. MANY MANY mistakes.

Use these forums to learn. Not so much by asking others to do your leg work but from reading/learning. I do 100X more reading then typing.

The used and or vintage watch market does not have to be a scary place to buy. If you go in blind and are not patient to do proper homework then you too could have a "it happened to me" story too but if you Learn , learn learn....Search , Search search, then verify and buy you should be alright. Doing this will make sure the subtle ticking sound you hear at night while falling asleep is coming from a genuine time piece.
