15400st or 15202st
Hello fellow AP freaks,
Struggling a bit here. I'm in the market for a RO. Had a 15300st for 3 years, sold it 2 years back and I regret is ever since. Regret is not even the right way to put it, it hurts. It really does. Now I have a choice to buy either a brand new sealed 15400st black, or a 2007 15202st. Jumbo charcoal. The Jumbo is hardly worn and looks like new. Money is not really an issue, the Jumbo is a bit cheaper but not so much too let the decision depends on that alone. I have tried the Jumbo, it's awesome. Didn't try the 15400 yet, but the pictures got me itching for it. My wrist size is 6,75". I know the decision is up to me, but would like to see different opinions. Thanks, Michael |

15400 is by far an improved watch. As my friend Ken will say try them both on and see which one smiles at you. Best of luck.

15400 is a good watch for sure.
If you are thinking Jumbo, how about the new 15202? I personally like a little more presence, and the 15400 does that--it's a great one. |

If it's not going to be an everyday watch, then the Jumbo for sure! Since it's cheaper than the 15400, you will not lose out on it if you want to flip it. 15400's can be bought anytime, but 15202's are a lot harder to come by.

+1, and the Jumbo dial seems more balanced.

I'd go jumbo - a classic, with better proportions IMO.

Jumbo but I'd consider getting another 15300 if it hurts that much.

Why is the jumbo not suitable for daily wear?

Jumbo
Some good arguments to buy the Jumbo, the scale leaned towards the Jumbo anyway.
Thanks! |
