I used to be a brand Protection Manager for a famous clothing brand and know that over 90% of all the offers re. our brand were for counterfeit items. Ebay is not making the efforts it should, therefore I very well understand Rolex not participating in the vero program, as this would result in accepting ebay's attitude and give them a weaker position in lawsuits.
