Postscript...picked up the watch today and am wearing it right now. So far so good...we'll give a report in the next few days.
Again, according to the Rolex Authorized Repair facility the problem was magnetization. They also made a couple of "minor adjustments". Interestingly, I have a friend who is a commercial pilot who had a similar problem with his Breitling. I called to tell him what I had learned. |
