Two different watches shown, conflicting descriptions, microscopic pictures... Either this person is totally clueless or out to dump a fake or huh???

I was in contact with the seller and she's going to relist it with better description and pictures. If it's a fake she probably isn't aware. Seems like a nice but clueless lady.
