Pics from our Waikiki/Honolulu ADs!
My Dad and I are big Rolex enthusiasts and something we like to do from time to time is check out the inventory of our local ADs. Without further ado, here are some pics! Happy Thanksgiving all.

They had both the Rose Gold w/ Strap and Yellow Gold, said that they had the white Gold in the back but that someone was coming in later that day to pick it up.
And yeah the inventory for our ADs always seems to be very very well-stocked, especially around the Holidays with all the tourists flying in for Christmas break. |

It will indeed, I have been lusting for one for quite some time and DavidSW gave me a great offer! The 116523 is a great, great watch, but for me personally I prefer the all stainless look to TT or Gold especially with the prices. I was thinking of an SS Daytona but I never used the chronograph function and I loved the ceramic bezel and green color. Very tastefully done by Rolex and I can't wait!! Add in the Glidelock clasp and new case...

Congrats on getting the hulk. I love mine. It is like wearing a different watch every day with the dial color changing.

Awesome pictures. BTW which dial did you have on the TT Daytona? Also does it pick up scratches easily on the bezel or band ? I'm thinking of getting one but it will purely be for the weekends or occasional use. Appreciate any opinions or input.
Thanks. |

I had a Black Dial 116523. I have to admit that it does pick up SOME scratches easily on the bezel and gold center links, and it was never really worn that much. But each person wears their Rolexes differently and maybe your potential 116523 won't scratch as easily. The lighting would affect how the scratches would appear as well, in some light the watch would shine as brand new, and others (like when I take a close up flash picture of it) would show some scratches. IMHO I do like the TT Daytonas though, simply because you don't see as many of them out there, and the pricing is competitive with the SS. The all gold versions are nice, but too flashy for me (couldn't afford it anyways). |

Congrats! I am loving the pictures of the AD. The inventory is STOCKED and man those watches ALL look amazing.
The WG Sub, Sky-Dweller, all those Daytonas....just an awesome selection and display. Enjoy the new LV. That puppy looks stunning in your wrist-shot. It's amazing how BIG a 40mm Submariner can look on the wrist sometimes. Thing looks like it's 47mm with the new design changes...

Great pics. I purchased my SubC there last week (at the counter the sales rep is standing at) and didn't even think of looking around at the inventory. I guess I was just excited to get my sub!
