Al, once again you fail to give yourself enough credit.

The fact is, if you know what you're doing and you're smart about it, eBay is a great place to buy a watch.

But for the rest of us, it's a complete crapshoot.

As Dirty Harry once said, "A good man knows his limitations." I certainly know mine and that's why I would never buy anything that cost more than $20 via eBay.
