What does it say on the dial under the hands?? "Tudor"?
 BTW: I have seen Panerai's with that sort of dial (the Roman/Arabic ½ and ½ division, but not the "target" dial, of course). Click!

Looks like a so-called California redial. The term was coined in the eighties, when a redial company based on California refinished large numbers of Rolex Bubbleback dials in this manner.

There are some shown in the book "2421 Rolex-Uhren" by Kesaharu Imai, but not with that exact "California" dial configuration.

looks to be an original tudor with so called california dial.eta movement most likely 2461.
decent watch with a fruity dial.worth about 400 bucks |

I think its on the up...Cali dial Tudor, see alot if you look. This watch is legit.
