Yeah, I'd like to know that too. He usually wears a yellow dial Breitling, or sometimes a blue dial, but I remember pausing my Sky+ a few times to try and catch that one.

He's a famous chef who has his own tv show in the uk and us.
Here's the best close-up of the watch I can find. I think the brand/model starts with an "A" and ends with a "y" but I may be mistaken... |

Gordon James Ramsay OBE (born 8 November 1966 in Johnstone) is a Scottish celebrity chef and currently one of only three chefs in the UK whose restaurant is rated at three Michelin stars. He has been awarded a total of twelve Michelin stars[1]. He is famous in the UK for presenting TV programmes about competitive cookery and food, and improving cooking and restaurants around the country; he is best known in the United States as the host of FOX's Hell's Kitchen, which debuted in May 2005. On September 19, 2007, he debuted in a new FOX series Kitchen Nightmares, based on his successful UK show of the same name.
On the US show he is always wearing the black watch, which I can not identify either On the BBC show I have seen him wear a yachtmaster and a yellow Breitling chrono on rubber.

It's an Asprey No. 8 chronograph and you can see it at www.asprey.com under Timepieces. Nice looking!

One of them is a Breitling Emergency with a yellow face. I'm sure he has several different ones.
