Just one.....my Patek Aquanaut 5167. It is the perfect travel watch - good to go for any occasion. Plus, the look of it seldom draws any unwanted or threatening attention in the less desirable locations.

One maybe two at most. A nice one for daily wear, and my Luminox for when dark. I have been using it instead of an alarm clock for years. Lucky for me I never need an alarm to get up and be on time.

Everything goes to the bank and I just take a beater. No security issues. No cross border issues. If it gets stolen or I lose it then I will find another beater. No problem.

depends where I'm going. Someplace dangerous? 1 swiss army battery powered quartz movement, with decent lume for night viewing. simple, cheap, and not much motivation for anyone to want it. higher end destinations: mechanical movement powered watches,(1 or 2) that make me very very content.

When I travel to the US I only take my trusty Timex Ironman.
Its too much hassle coming back to Canada and dealing with Canadian Customs. Your treated like a criminal and if they see your wearing a Rolex you'd be there for hours trying to explain were you bought it to a rude customs officer. I don't know why they don't spend more time protecting the border against terrorists and drug smugglers instead of harassing honest Canadian citizens. |

For travel in different time zones, I usually bring my GMT II or Explorer II and a G Shock.
