Just A Short "Hi" To You Fellas...

Haven't been around here much lately due to my dying mother... family first, you know!

I did pick up something new, though... just felt like getting this one:

Thanks

I had the OP 116000 modified a bit in as much as I had the Easylink installed in the clasp... the bracelet for the 116000 doesn't come with the Easylink.

Here are some more pics of the watch:

Embossed coronet on the clasp unlike on the other clasps where the coronet is welded onto the clasp:

Bead-blasted buckle instead of high-polished:

I was lucky to get a Rolex with an "aligned" coronet on the winding crown!

Some close-ups of the 3-6-9:

Nice watch with the picture of the embossed coronet. Didn't know it came that way.

My other 3 Rolex watches are currently all sports Rolex:

  • Explorer II 216570 white dial
  • Daytona 116520 black dial

Beautiful photos. Love the Clean crisp and the pcl as it ups the dress factor. I hope everything is fine at home for you.

Hi Bo,

Sorry to hear about your mum.

I noticed you hadn't been on the Forum and even checked your old stamping ground and didn't see you there either.

Nice choice of Rolex and great pix.
