Jamaica is one of the few places I probably wouldn't take a Return trip to.

If you are sticking just to an all inclusive - no problem.

We were all over the place and there are some extremely sketchy areas. Halfway through our stay I was looking at heading to Cuba instead of hanging around Negril.

The hustlers begin at the airport and it is never ending.

That was nice piece of information about hotel safety and crime. I agree, risks of robbery exist everywhere at every time. So, better to get secured. I always prefer to stay in hotel that has hi-tech hotel safes and reliable security services. I used to keep my valuables such as Rolex watch, laptop and other stuff at safe and ensure its safety.
