The seafood buffet at the rio is one of the best places to eat in Vegas.
Also, look for "the original pancake house" for my favorite place for breakfast n Vegas. I go there at least once every time I'm in Vegas. I make it to Vegas 10-20 times each year. It's a sweet place, my dad's parents moved his family there when he was starting 7th grade from ely, Nevada. All my aunts and uncles live there with their families. How I grew up in idaho falls instead of Vegas is a long story but I'm not complaining. Oh, and there are a few cool Rolex stores there... |

Couldn't comp me a meal at that buffet now. I would stay away, not fresh seafood as it was when it first opened. Google it and see what pops up.
Edit: when it first opened it was 20 bucks a person. Underneath in the basement they had a dedicated area that was all fresh and salt water tanks full of fish. Not anymore, as most of the seafood is frozen now. There are much better quality seafood Places in town IMO that you don't have to wait in line for. Joes Stone Crab at the forum shops at Caesars comes to mind.
