Yes, details still sketchy from my understanding.

A campus police officer shot dead at MIT, at least one suspect "accounted for", and reports of gunfire and ongoing searches for more suspects.

Car jacking..
1 of the bombers dead. One of the bombers has escaped after being cornered. Car chase with bomber throwing explosives out of a car and shooting while driving. Looks like a full scale military action now chasing one of the bombers in Watertown, MA

Good pictures of both bomb suspects at the marathon being released. Confirmed terrorist attackers possibly from another country who came here to kill. Things are happening very quick, they had one cornered but he escaped somehow.

Pictures look like they might be American though

Developing story. Watertown seems to be the focus but surrounding towns of newton, Cambridge etc are basically closed. MBta iis closed. One dead one on the run. News reports of two police - one MIT and one MBta killed. Unreal.

As an update of about 5 minutes ago. These 2 are brothers from russia and came over to america in 2001. They went to a local high school cambridge ringe and latin.
I don't see how they could have foreign military training if when they came over to the states they were 5. But hey I have been known to be wrong.

the reports here are the same 1 of the bombers has been killed he was shot and then run over. One is still at large the police currently have a house surrounded in watertown.

The car chase is accurate with them throwing "grenades" and explosives out of the car windows. Everyone in Boston, Watertown, Brookline, and a few other towns have been told to stay home today from work there is no public transportation. The only thing still open is Logan airport and you can only leave if you're being picked up by a relative. It's pretty much a military state right now.

Manny had a good update, the only part I'm not clear on is when they came over, I heard it reported that they haven't been here for 12 years, they got here mroe recently, but there are conflicting reports.

The whole surrounding area is on lock-down, they don't want anyone going to work or school in the vicinity of Watertown So Cambridge, Waltham, Newton, Brookline they want people to stay in while they go door to door searching for the one guy who is still on te run. Very fluid situation!!

I'm not jumping to any conclusion I'm stating facts and the fact is that these are musslim terrorists. I don't care how often they went to the mosque.
