Think this would be an AWESOME piece, IF they had just made a platinum dayonta, with the blue face, no ceramic bezel, and no brown dials. That would be a stunning watch in my opinion.

For me it's one of the most beautiful daytona, it's like the ice blue color of the porsche's of Le Mans in the 60's

If you ran it through a rally race track and got mud all over the tires, then parked it in the garage without washing the mud off

Permanently

At last, I get to see better pictures of the actual watch!

It does look pretty nice to me, a rather original yet beautiful combo!

Blue and brown is one of my favorite color combos -its my company colors, I love the new watch reminds me of Spring, but would not wear it as its too feminine for my tastes, but is a beautiful watch.

Well yes, at that price I'd much prefer to go with a Paul Newman but hey, if one twists my arm to buy it I will not be disappointed...

The 80k would be with the VAT, so I'd expect ~$60k.
It's a tough sell at that price.

A rose gold ROO is a similar watch in that it's a loud recognizable showoff watch but it would have a better finished movement from a more highly regarded manufacturer and at a cheaper price.

I just don't get the pricing.

Adding color to this rig is a tough call- what is trendy today is meh tomorrow... But maybe they expect the target customer to buy a new piece every two years or so? If that's the case, then by all means.

And as I think about it, if you have that kind of cash to blow on a watch, you probably can afford another in a few years that is pink and green or whatever combo they think is hot that year. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks for posting but that is such a terrible colour combo words escape me. Usually I would hold off until seeing it in person but in this case I'm confident my opinion would be the same.
